MIAMI, FL. (2015) – Casal Group recently brokered the sale of a 35,000 square-foot warehouse in

Hialeah Gardens for $2.55 million. Pena Foods acquired the building and lot comprising 9800 NW 79th

Ave. and 9801 NW 80th Ave. from seller Aplicor Investments, LLC. Pena plans to use the properties for

a distribution facility with an incidental retail component. Casal Group Associate Director Will Falero

represented the Pena Foods.

“The tertiary markets in South Florida are becoming a focus by smart buyers seeking value for their

expanding businesses,” said Casal Group Principal Ernesto Casal. “We expect this type of activity will

continue and values will rise as more buyers seek locations within the industrial corridor.”
