Will Falero with the Casal Group represented the Buyer, General Optics, in the purchase of an industrial facility located at 11375 NW 34 Street in Doral, FL.

The 16,050-square-foot facility traded for $2,300,000.

“General Optics had a need to expand and identifying a free-standing building of this size in the Miami market was extremely difficult,” commented Falero.

General Optics is a manufacturer of ultra-precision optical components. The company was founded in Moorpark, CA in 1974 with the purpose of providing cutting edge optics to    the Defense, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Medical, and Research markets.
