Casal Group represented the seller, Donatello Enterprises V LLC, in the sale of an industrial asset located at 10975 NW 29 th Street in Doral, FL. Casal Group was led by team members Luis Marquez, Ernesto Casal and Will Falero.

The 16,197-square- foot facility, the former home of Overseas Freight Solutions, LLC, traded for $2,350,000.

Overseas Freight Solutions, LLC, a family-owned business, has been operational for over 21 years, serving both international and domestic clients.

The buyer, Global Airtech, an aircraft supply company, was represented by Tara Banks with Cervera Real Estate.
