Casal Group recently brokered two lease transactions totaling 503,600 square feet.
Casal Group, led by team members Ernesto Casal, Luis Marquez and Will Falero, represented the landlord Terreno Realty Corp in its lease to Synergy Custom Fixtures, a manufacturer and distributor of custom retail fixtures, an 11-year, 301,983 square foot lease deal at 215 SE 10th Avenue in Hialeah. The company is relocating from its existing location in Hialeah.
The landlord, Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE:TRNO), an owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets including Miami, Los Angeles; Northern New Jersey/New York City; San Francisco Bay Area; and Seattle, was also represented by Jose I. Juncadella, SIOR, Principal at Fairchild Partners, Inc.
Casal Group also represented tenant Gold Coast Freightways, a less-than-truck-load carrier with corporate offices and six terminals in Miami, in a 230,600-square-foot lease at Meridian Business Campus, a Class-A distribution building located at 3250 Meridian Parkway in Weston. The new location will house the carrier’s South Florida LTD Distribution division. The tenant initially occupied half of the building and will now take over the entire space.
